17/09/07 - Mail International Receives "Runner-Up"
Having announced in July that Mail International had been shortlisted for the "Distribution House of the Year" Award by the DPA (Data Publishers Asociation), we are proud to report that we placed as a "Runner-Up". The DPA awards reward those companies who have shown an exceptional ability to perform in an area of industry thats covers the design, print, publication and distribution of materials. With nominees for such as Royal Mail, Haymarket, and Reed Business Information, we feel that our placing aptly rewards the hard-work and effort that Mail International has put into further developing its range of services and builds upon our QMP ranking (top ten national placing) as reported in February.
10/09/07 - Updated Royal Mail Strike Information
Royal Mail have issued the following information regarding the continued threat of further strike action:
"Discussions between Royal Mail and the Communications Workers Union (CWU), aimed at resolving pay negotiations, have broken down. As of midday, Monday September 10th, the situation regarding industrial action is unclear.
There will be further updates as soon as we have more information to share. The CWU is required to provide 7 days notice for official industrial action they wish to take."
