20/12/06 - QMP Customer Feedback Survey 2006
Mail International has been ranked 9th nationally out of 225 accredited mailing companies in the UK, and 2nd in the whole of the South East, in the '2006 Client Feedback Survey' carried out by the QMP (the Quality Standard for Mail Production).
The survey is conducted annually and has been designed to encompass all aspects of the mailing services provided by companies such as ourselves.
Gavin Boyd, Director, says: "This excellent QMP Client Feedback result is a reflection of Mail International's ongoing aim of introducing innovative products tailored to our customers' needs, as well as providing our customers with the highest quality service possible. We look to offer them that bit more, so that they can be assured that their mailings are carried out in the most efficient manner and at the right price. The result makes all the efforts of our staff over the last year worthwhile, as well as demonstrating to us that we are getting things right.
