Managing your undeliverable items
Our undeliverable service automates the often time consuming process of opening and recording those items returned as undelivered.
Mail International can save you time and money by handling this aspect of the mailing process for you. We offer a range of management options for undeliverable items.
From the basic collation and bulk disptach of items back to you to the full management of the entire process where we collate, open and record the details for you before sending you back a data file of the addresses and reasons for non delivery.
Managing your responses
For those mailings that contain a response mechanism, Mail International offer a number of response management services. We offer both UK and International response services fully set-up and managed by ourselves.
We can handle the reply envelope artwork and the setting up of the response address or PO box and we can collate and open and package the response for you.
We then send you consolidated shipments of responses at a frequency determined you. Alternatively, we can assist you in setting up your own PO boxes or help you in applying for your own response licenses with Royal Mail.
